Works great

Just installed the app and after an initial bank account setup via my PC I can now pay from the app. ApplePay is also one of the payment options. The other thing I like is that I now have the latest car/motor insurance paper at hand.

State Farm Review

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Its very disappointing compared to Geicos mobile app. You cant even make a payment on it. Whats the point in even having an app when it redirects you to the website to do anything. State Farm needs to reinvent this immediately, its a waste of time.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service, accompanied with a terrible phone application. I ll be closing my account with this Bank. State Farm insurance is great but their credit card services and customer service is sub par!

No logins without confirmation number...

Worse app since 7/8/2016. Every single time I try to login ask for verification code. Is really annoying have to verify my device 3 or 4 time a day!!

Works well

If you have a good wireless or wifi connection this app works great! We have been with SF Bank now for almost a year as our primary bank and deposit all checks and transfers via this app and have never had a problem!

Goofy

Ive used this app on the same phone many times before but now it wants me to reset my password by asking security questions about a house and car we owned fifteen years ago. How am I to remember how much I paid for a house or the exact year of our car that we sold at least eight years ago? Weve had three or four homes since then and just as many vehicles. Why the stiff security in the first place, would someone hack into my account to file a claim to fix my car or (God forbid) pay my bill?

Access

Even though I have the app set to open with my thumb print, Im required to get a code texted or emailed to me in order to login, even when I say my phone is a computer it should remember. Please help. Thanks.

I cant pay?

So, with the update, I cant pay on my policy through the app? How stupid. It used to be convenient to do, now, theres really no point to have the app!

Verify Account Every Time??

I use my thumbprint to log into my account. Why should I have to verify who I am every time I open the app?? This is beyond annoying. Please fix this ASAP.

Horrible

Registration is broken cant login. No one picks up the phone when I call the support number. Dont bother installing.

Identity verification

The app uses the thumbprint scanner, which is great. But, I have to verify my identity via text or email EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in, EVEN if I select the "trusted device" box. Very annoying and makes me not want to use the app.

I didnt want to give any stars!! Why cant I get in without verifying every single time?? Fix it please now! I do my banking on here and Im really getting annoyed and while Im on the banking part why dont they show you the balance when the transactions happened? (ex. Gas -$20=$1,287.55) and why isnt there a button to view it in desktop mode? There use to be one now its gone?? I have to actually go to a desktop computer to see it!

Would love to have the option of paying 1 month even if its only 1 day late...

I go to pay for 1 month, 1 day late and they make you pay for the next month at that time, or you cannot make the current months payment. You have to call the office to have them do it. This should be fixed in the next version because its very frustrating.

Why cant I pay in app? Why the redirect? Used to be efficient. (now I need a key code too!!) Inconvenient. I hate it after last update.

App barely works

App was working fine but when I go to access it today. Hard to log in & couldnt pull up any information I needed.

For Payments Only

Without the ability to view, download, or add proof of insurance certificates to wallet, this app is useless.

Poor service

This company still runs on "Dos" from what I was told from my agent. I was illegally billed after canceling my policy. After expressing my concern I was told a refund would be given to me in "2-3 weeks." I would not recommend this company that still uses "DOS" but has a app for mobile devices. It works poorly just like their customer service.

Great!

After realizing exactly how the app works, its great!! No one should have any complaints after spending a few minutes to figure it out!!
