Wont allow me login without Wifi. Says my phone is in airplane mode when it isnt. Double checked settings, nothing wrong there. Unable to check status of claim. Useless if I cant login without wifi.

Just downloaded the app and it looks like a web page instead of an app for my mobile device. I found my agent but I couldnt easily find the next step. In the age of cell phones all things need to be easily accomplished ON MY PHONE!!! Get a better app master!
