Best app Ive used yet for any service, great job State Farm, I have used other apps to pay bills and check services etc and they arent even close to being as user friendly and easy to use as this one, way ahead of the rest

This App is "Not" user friendly for me. I dont know what my "key" is because I normally dont get my mail. Plus, if you log in through the App itself to pay; it wants me to pay in Euros! What is going on here? State Farm, please change you App!!!

App is very annoying. Theyre constantly trying to fix bugs so with every update you have to reconfirm your identity which almost never works, especially if you have the same name as a parent since it mixes in their identity with yours. When it cant confirm you, you get locked out and have to call tech support and wait on hold for 30 minutes to unlock and then are forced to reset a crazy intricate password that you will never remember. I understand security but get your act together State Farm!

Before it was very buggy and non-functional. With the latest release, it works and it is easier to use. It also does exactly what you need it to do: view your policy, file claims, etc. thank you State Farm for making the user experience much better than before. Now I can manage my policy more efficiently!

I love how streamlined this app is and how simple and straightforward its functionality is. StateFarm is the only company that the same person on the phone every time I call and a person I can visit with if I need some face to face for an explanation. Used to be with Geico and now know why they are so cheap. U never speak to the same person and just a # to them. Great app and great svc StateFarm!!!

I shouldnt need to receive a new verification code every time I do a fingerprint login, if Ive recently done successful logins, and indicated that Im on a non-public device. Not convenient! Please fix this issue.

Issues with touch login. Issues with customer service poor ios training.

Consistent issues with using this app... I deleted this app for quite some time. Uploaded it in hopes things would be different. But it still the same issues. Such as,can retrieve certain accounts due to technical difficulties.

For me, apps that require passwords are worthless unless they support either TouchID or 1Password. This app does support TouchID & does everything I need to do to take care of my home & auto insurance via my iPhone & iPad.

Installed app, logged in, paid my bill with apple pay, all within 2 mins.

I rarely leave reviews for apps, but this one is completely worthless. State Farm as an insurance company has been fantastic, but their app is infuriating. Seemed to work for the first year I had it. Recently, I went to file a claim and it asked me to change my password every time I tried to log in. They seem to have that issue fixed, but now none of my info shows up and says I dont have a policy. I tried to add it online and it says the system is having tech difficulty. Just call your agent if you need anything. They take care of me faster then I can log into this POS app anyway.

Please update the app to allow the 50/50 Payment option. Until this is updated, I cannot use the app to make payments.

Great app for the most part but getting prompted for a verification code each time I login, with Touch ID enabled, is excessive.

Instead of continually updating the submitting claims portion of this app. How about fixing the ability to pay a bill within this app. THATS more important to those who use this app. Id like to know the percentage of claim submissions versus the attempts to pay a premium here. Im sure youll see my point.

You really messed up whith this update, was working good but now I cant do nothing, it says I got no account!! Fo real????

FYI. State Farm passwords expire at 2 years. It would be nice if they told that to their customers. Update; Tried to log in with Touch ID and the app is making me reset my password. Back to 1 star! This app with every update rarely gets any better and in some cases gets worse. State Farm is obsessed with passwords. They force you to change for so many reasons you can never remember what it was. Now even with Touch ID functioning for months, it wants me to reset my password again. To be fair, theyve incrementally improved over a decade what should have taken weeks. Maybe some day they will figure out that loyalty to insurance companies is based on laziness, nothing more.

Ever since the new update I am unable to open my app and upset because it was working prior to the update!!

I love this app. I have all my stuff with State Farm and its just nice and easy to use and understand. Thank you for the great features

Score is currently 2 stars. Please consider feedback below and make improvements. Two use cases need improvement: 1. My son and I couldnt easily find the insurance card feature (UI usability) -1 2. No way to attach photos to a claim (new or from claim center). Used to work so -1.5 Details: For #1 I found insurance card view by tapping settings (gear icon top-right) then tap "insurance card. +4 for having this vital info available. -1 for not having directly on home screen(near top). -2 because my son and I only found account info when when police required insurance card/proof. (We got lucky he accepted account info policy#.) +3 Submit new claim worked fairly straightforward. -1 for fields not allowing edit before submitting and -1 for no photo attach/upload and no accident diagram tool. I could have sworn a couple years ago using this same app had a way to diagram the incident with easy roads and vehicle images to reconstruct the scene. Old 2012 app review even mentioned accident diagramming in v2.12(.2?). What happened?

I like being able to have access to my insurance information on my iPhone. However, it is totally useless when trying to make a payment!
