Been trying for three days to register account and keep getting "unable to register at this time." Wallet support would be ideal, but baby steps first.

How come the only option is to pay the full bill?

I cant believe that this app does not allow you to show your insurance card. Time to step into the future fully, not just pay a bill.

I love the app! My only wish is that I could make my loan payments via app also!

I love this app. I have all my stuff with State Farm and its just nice and easy to use and understand. Thank you

Easy enough to set up but very limited information accessible. State Farm banking info is almost nonexistent

My only complaint is it does not recognize my phone. Each time I have to either answer identity questions or get a code sent. Not sure if this is possibly related to the iOS upgrade but it is a little inconvenient.

Very useful app. Havent tried to file a claim but everything else seems to work. Passbook feature would be great.

Even with a reoccurring payments it would be nice to have the option to make a payment towards my plan early. Keep playing around with the app but no such option. Maybe Im missing something? If I am, it would be great to have that a little easier to see? Other insurance apps have this option available but not state farm? Pretty disappointing, all it says is no payment due at this time. What if I want to make a partial payment towards my plan or pay a few months ahead? Wouldnt that be better for them? Other than that app seems easy enough. Not nearly enough information as I would like. Seems pretty basic and due for an update.

Doesnt work on apple it has been out for months with no effort to fix it

It states that my billing state is wrong. I go to the online site and my billing address is correct as directed. When you use the same credit card to pay online.....it works. But not apple pay. Has been this way for the last 8 months. So why does my billing address ok online but not in the app?

It used to work with Apple Pay, since the update I cant use Apple Pay any more. Fixed it please

Its an OK app for getting a quick overview of things, and having quick access to your auto insurance card(s). Adding TouchID login was very important for making the app more efficient to use. I would love to use ApplePay to pay bills but only if I can schedule payments for dates other than today. Please add the ability to schedule payments for future dates.

Broken bill pay. For three days now. Its the only reason I have the app. Please fix

Cant see all listed approved drivers on the proof of insurance card. Tried to click the link to download pdf version of it and that would not work either

I like all the improvements made over time. Id like to be able to make State Farm Bank installment loan payments. Currently that feature is available on an online portal. Please add it.

I would like to see the meter reading option made available to update when requested. Maybe with a reminder on it per email including link to the app and save the mailing. Maybe the drop list can be made easier as well were it is all listed and then you just have to tab what you looking for. Eliminating steps. Thanks

Not sure why you wouldnt be happy with this.

Like the website however we need to be able to see a PDF of our bill as well as policy. Please add, thanks

Please add the feature of putting your cards into Apple Wallet. Being able to view our insurance cards in Apple Wallet would greatly improve your app.
