Poor service

This company still runs on "Dos" from what I was told from my agent. I was illegally billed after canceling my policy. After expressing my concern I was told a refund would be given to me in "2-3 weeks."
I would not recommend this company that still uses "DOS" but has a app for mobile devices. It works poorly just like their customer service.
