From setting up my renters insurance to assisting me with auto insurance Alberto has been kind, relatable and attentive.

The State Farm app does a very poor job of providing the customer with visibility as to what the amounts do are for.

I love the people I deal with at State Farm but the prices are ridiculous! No matter what you do with less driving and the driving “discount’” course the bill goes up anyway! Shame on you!

If I have to keep turning my vpn off just to log in. I am going to take all 4 lines else where.

It is clearer to make a payment with mobile app then with online app

After being with State Farm for years, that is finally time to say it is too expensive

I can always depend on State Farm for my car issues. Roadside assistance is fast and the people are super helpful.

My insurance went from $104-$140 with an 86 drive safe and save rating

State Farm has been so helpful in the insurance market as a young man who keeps getting high quotes even though I have a clean driving record. State Farm will help you find the absolute best coverage and help you feel taken care of. Like a good neighbor State Farm really is there for you.

The app used to allow splitting payments between various payment accounts and that’s no longer possible for some reason.

You can file a claim from the App., or even make a bill payment using Apple Pay. Very handy and easy to use!

They keep resetying the login everytime there‘s an upgrade

They cant explain to me why my rates are so high in comparison to other with a similar situation. They say at my office that they don’t set the rates

Madeline, Sarah and Richard always do a great job helping me and help me recently with some issues and some things I needed done. They always do a great job. They’re friendly punctual and they always document everything through email so I have a copy thank you guys for doing such a great job with my insurance coverage God bless you.

Trying to pay my loan that was originated through State Farm bank and tried several different methods and am still unable to pay my loan payment which is now late and never get calls returned -5 rating

I’m a little frustrated you keep sending me an email that says you want my odometer reading. When I open it, it doesn’t let me go to a place where I can give you my odometer reading. I would give it to you if I knew where to put it.

I have tried multiple times and the auto payment has never worked. Which makes me often have a late fee!

Customer support within the app is and was terrible during my experience with them. The agent kept touting lie’s for excuses for why there still unable to help me.

Update : Developer responded and identified where the ability to add to Apple Wallet is located. With that still being available in upping my stars to 4.

Same Car, same policy, same state, no accidents, no claims only change the address which is less than 6miles from old address and they increase 40% That’s ridiculous Not recommended

I have my renters and life about love it

State Farm paid for the roof on my house due to a hail claim. I had a 30 year hail resistant roof that was not very old and still damaged. State Farm paid about 30 K. However, I have a gazebo in the backyard with wood shingles and State Farm refused to pay for the roof on the gazebo. Even though I sent pictures showing missing shingles and a torn up roof, State Farm said they did not see hail damage. How is it possible for a 30 year hail resistant roof to have enough damage for replacement but a wood shingled gazebo would not? I had to pay for the gazebo out-of-pocket and I sent in all my receipts. They still refused to pay.

High rates

I'm very dissatisfied with SF for how they handle paying customers me to be exact. Service is horrible and the reps are just as bad. I hope I don't have to wait all day for this tow truck like I did once before

I always have issues with the app and the staff. Poor communication

I’m new to the Drive Safe and Save program, and I like tracking my progress in the app. I was quite disappointed that the biweekly event count disappeared in the most recent update. The summarized count next to the event score made the DS&S section very user-friendly.

Bill pay is easy. Finding coverage is easy. Splitting bills to be paid separately is possible. Haven’t had to file a claim or anything yet, but from what I’ve dealt with so far it’s intuitive to use and fast.

The web site is useless. Not user friendly at all. Get it fixed !!! Or hire someone who can. You must hire DEI employees Tim Heiden

Cannot load videos only individual photos and State Farm is PREVENTING A RESTORATION COMPANY FROM SCHEDULING WITH ME 1 WEEK AFTER FILING A HORRIFIC HOMEOWNER’S CLAIM

Worse app ever. Can no longer enter my mileage for discount.

Love the convenience of this app. My bill is always at my finger tips and I am able to pay anytime, anywhere.

I find it difficult to find printouts of my insurance when I have to prove my insurance to whoever and wherever especially when I have to prove how much money I’m putting out, they seem to want to have everything in order

They will promptly call you when it’s time to renew, but won’t return a call when needed.

Love this app so easy to use and everything right at your finger tips you can pet much do anything and everything is this app!!

Not a fan of the combined vehicles put to a single account deal that State Farm is moving to

The roadside service is horrible and unreliable. They can’t find a provider at the time of need.

I was recently in an accident… And before I could either figure out who I’m supposed to call first, State Farm had called me to confirm that I was or was not in an accident! Having StateFarm and this app made everything so easy I literally did not have to do a thing but sign papers! If you have StateFarm… Definitely get the app! You can check the status on any ongoing accidents, get a copy of your insurance card, message your agent anything you can think of it.

My app doesn’t show current location. It’s been stuck on the previous day location.

I just got an email telling me I need to open the app to update my info. Turns out that they wanted my 6month payment. I knew it was coming up, but I never got an email, app notification or even a letter (I did get a letter a couple months ago, but for to early to pay) about my bill being due. What is up with that?

My car is 10 years old and my insurance went up. What the heck is wrong with you I’m looking for a new insurance.
